The religious town of Ndiassane is marking its annual Mawlid this Tuesday, following the celebrations held in Tivaouane, Thiénaba and Keur Mame El Hadj.
Preparations for the official ceremony were still under way at the time of publication. A government delegation is expected in the religious town for the occasion.
Talks and ziars on the programme
The programme includes talks devoted to the life and work of the Prophet Mouhamed (PSL). Talibés are also expected to make ziars to their religious guides during the day.
